Ready to Ship Package

Hi Jeff,

I hate to bother you, but I noticed that the label for my package was created last Friday, 12/13, at 7 AM. However, as of today, it still shows that the package hasn’t been picked up by UPS. I saw that it usually takes about a day for an update to appear since origin scans aren’t done, but it’s been nearly three days without any progress. I was wondering if its something on UPS’ end or if they haven’t been shipped out yet (I’m in SoCal). Thank you!

Give it one more day and then let me know if it has not pinged.

Because you are in SoCal - it might even deliver as first ping.

Hi @Jeff , you guys I think did well, did not receive it, but not your fault, the local company postnl.nl did confirm they received it , but it is sitting with them for almost a week now. I get it is Christmas time, but just saying you have it and no more messages while not delivering is bad service. But once again that is them , you guys did manage to send it out in time before Christmas, awesome!

@neverwish - sorry I am not sure what happened? Did PostNL lose a package for your shipment?

It just got stuck with PostNL, but it helped , I received a message this night that it will arrive tomorrow :slight_smile:
Meaning tomorrow night I am playing chess until I fall in sleep ha ha :wink:

Hey @Jeff , I have been looking for an email about shipping the ChessUp2 board since I bought from the fundraiser. I am trying to figure out a time range of when I am suppose to receive my board. Could you direct message me so I can let you know of some personal info to figure this out?
