According to the description of Night Mode in the app, isn’t this the same function as Minimal Light Mode?

Might be the same feature - I just did not recall us calling it night mode.

• The Starting Soon bug occurred twice against Bot Tim when I was black - the game wouldn’t start. (When I was white, it worked.)
• Bot Tim was in check and he didn’t play another move - the game couldn’t be continued.
• Played games are again not saved in the game history in chess.com.
• The lessons you have already completed are no longer marked.

You’re right, it’s actually “No Lights Mode.”

Only in the German app was it translated as “Night Mode.”

When I tried to send a challenge to a friend from the board, I kept getting this message and now when I try to connect with anyone at all online, I get stuck on the game starting soon screen

I select “play a friend” but get this error. Is my friend list too long to issue a board to board challenge?

Try to reconnect chess.com credentials on the board? Settings - > logout on chess.com and redo the proces to log the board in.

Now on fw 3.2.1 and re-logged in and worked ok. Seems to be fixed although the test conditions could be different as I don’t know how many friends were active on each ocassion. Many Thanks
