My buddy and I played 2 games on the board and I wanted to review them. They were local games. I’m just not seeing them show up in history. Is there a way to force a sync?
So my other board works fine for uploading games. I seem to get none from this board uploading to my account. Both boards are chess up 2. I’ve tried restarting etc on my device and board,
Sorry this isn’t working on one of your boards. Just to check a simple thing, are both boards signed in to ChessUp? You can view the current account connections under Main Menu → Settings → Scroll down and it should either show a “Sign out (ChessUp logo)” or “Sign in (ChessUp logo)”.
Was this issue ever fixed? I have those same issue. No ai or otb games recorded
Hi Sunny, I’m sorry your board history isn’t syncing. Could you please check if your board is connecting to WiFi, and if you’re signed in to ChessUp? You can check under Main Menu → Game History.
If both of those are setup, but it isn’t working, please send me your board serial number and we’ll take a look.

Veronica replied to my email query and now the issue is fixed.
It seems I was signed in but something was wrong as my username was not displayed. So I signed out and back in, my username now is displayed and all ai and two player games are being recorded. Awesome!
I have shared before and after photos with Veronica.

Hi Richard, sorry for the late reply, it does look like now, perhaps after the latest update, I get asked to link the board to my chessup account. This then downloaded the games! Thank you!
