Game not showing up in chess.com history

I played two games this morning using the Chessup2 board against opponents on chess.com. Both were played completely with the board and not using the Chessup2 app. The second game did not record in my chess.com game history, but I did get the rating points for winning the game.

I have played many online games with Chessup2 and have never seen this before, so figured I’d post it here in case other people are having this happen too.

I had this issue occur yesterday too in the last game I played.

Will check another game today.

hi not sure if related though I had the same thing happen with a game that I played on chess.com — so it might be unrelated to ChessUp

Since I posted this yesterday, the game has now shown up in my chess.com history. So maybe this was just a chess.com issue. Thanks.

My missing game has now turned up in game history.

Would definitely be something on the chess.com side. All chess.com games on ChessUp 2 are run live on chess.com servers. So as long as you played the game, chess.com is the record keeper.
