I keep having an issue where the game freezes, the clock stops and moves don’t show until i look at chess com on my phone then it’ll work, I’m also having issues where i move a piece but it records another square… Blundered a couple pieces due to this bug

Are you on a ChessUp 1 board or ChessUp 2 board?
Chessup 2, i tried resetting it, i hadn’t gotten a chance to see if that fixed the issues or not
