Issue connecting chess.com

Hi there, currently unable to sync my chess.com account to my chessup2. After seeing the “use the chess up app to sign in to chess.com” I open the app and click on approve on the app when it asks for permission. The app then shows a “transmitting” for 5 secs or so. It then looks like it connects as the screen on chess up2 shows play but for less than a second. It then goes back to the “sign in to chess.com screen”. I should say it is recently been updated… I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong?? Cheers Alan

I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting signed in - could you please double-check that your mobile app is up to date before trying again?
