Got my ChessUp 2 board today, and linked it all fine with wifi etc, however when I try to link it with chess.com I login as suggested via the app, accept the account linking, then I get an error saying “Error getting credentials, please try again”.
before you suggest it, trying again doesn’t help 
, has anyone else had this ? or know potential workarounds ?
(I should also note that the login is successful, just the ChessUp side seems broken)
For me clicking the chess.com icon on the board that makes the board say “login from the app” and leaving that screen open during login fixed the issue, but what you’re describing is slightly different from what I experienced, so not sure if that helps!
Edit: Looks like the chessup 2 team has come to your aid, I recommend doing what they said first.
Please try the credential flow again. I have seen it from time to time, but it seems like a token exchange issue.
