Lichess does not allow blitz for seek-rated games in the board API. The fastest we can go is 5+5.
You can direct challenge and play the bots at blitz though

When will it be ready for the final release
how do we get the beta to play Lichess on the board with no device connected?
Write an email to info@bryghtlabs.com with subject join beta Group. In that email you have to mention the board serial number so they can add it.

Lichess should be published to all within a few days.

Yes, it is.
It’s still in beta and almost ready. It’ll be the next public firmware release.

I think we are pushing it today or tomorrow. 4.0.0 will show up as an update option when you are on WiFi with the board.

Will there ever be an option to play Lichess puzzles and challenges on the ChessUp 2 board via the ChessUp app?
We are looking at integrating Lichess puzzles - no date on when but we are looking into it.
Direct Lichess challenges will be directly on the board. That will release later this year.

Awesome work, played my first Lichess game, worked absolutly flaweless 
The board is like a dream to me now . Never got any disconnected games since Dec 24. And i played like 100+ Games on the board. Thanks again to the team etc.
