Limited chances for assistance in 2P mode?

Hello,

I’m wondering if you’re playing against another human player locally, is it possible to setup a mode where each player has for example only 3 chances to use AI assist to give them a recommended move? I would prefer that over always enabled assistance for example (which I know exists now). I don’t have a Chessup board yet (waiting for my Chessup2) so if this feature already exists then forget I said anything :sweat_smile:.

ChessUp 1 has a “hint limit” feature like this. It is a setting about how many pieces you can touch on any turn until hints are disabled for that turn. It is pretty cool because the user must think rather than “green hunt”.

We will note the request and try to get this in a release for ChessUp 2 software.

Awesome! I think it would be a really cool mode to add, specially if you’re playing against a less experienced player and just want to give them a chance to make it more competitive but not to much that they’re just green hunting like you said. Thank you!
