I like the new analyse future!
And now it’s possible to delete a game from the ‘your game’ list, not from the ‘your board games’.
Kudos to Bryght Labs for the nice update, that’s just so cool, post-game analysis is simply amazing and everything else is awesome !
I’m thouroughly using and enjoying the analysis feature, it’s made the chessup much more viable as a tool for learning.
Also in general, the app is in such a better state now. It connects, and runs smoothly throughout and I’m still on my Android 10 phone.
If I were to suggest something it would be to be able to do analysis of your own by exploring lines and seeing the top 3 engine suggestions and their eval, much like chess.com and lichess do. I find it helps in figuring out why moves are good/bad.
There is a way to explore the line in the current release. I should have covered that in the video. If you press the exclamation button that is above the move history - it will step through the computer line.
@Jeff
Is there a way to have slower moves after pressing exclamation button ? Or to pause and resume these moves ?
Thanks
How it comes that mine can only update to version 1.9.1. ?
Android and iOS apps have different numbers - this 2.1.0 may have been one platform and not the other.
No way to slow them down, but I think you can step through them using the step arrows?
I have tried, it is impossible to pause and resume these moves, or go back in order to Study the position. It is too fast… we can only go back to the initial position by pressing the exclamation button a second time.
It needs to be improve I think because this tool is crucial to learn from our bad moves.
Thanks
@Jeff
It iş possible to use arrows with the cristal ball during a game, but it is impossible to use arrows with the exclamation button during an analysis.
