I do a chess.com game every day since one month and it works fine.
I just have issue sometimes at the begining of the game (there is no linked between chess.com and the board) just have to restart chessup app and it works also at the end of the game I have to restart chessup app to start another game because it’s stuck.
But it never bug during a game so it’s the more important Really enjoy this chess.com integration thank you.
Good to know you are enjoying it but also that it is not perfect yet.
We have a completely new way we are linking with chess.com coming out soon - and it should result in much better reliability.
Hi there, the game analyses does not work in the ChessUp app, after I play a game I need to go back to chess.com app to see the game analyses. I dont know if its possible to see it in the chessup app?

It should work for all games played with our app (including ones that go through to chess.com).

Yes ofcourse I played a game just seconds ago, in This screen I cant click on game analyses. Maybe I do something wrong?
Ah I see. Not all of the functions of the mobile web page pass through. You can go analyze the game in the chess.com app or web site. But perhaps not through our app that loads their web page.
After a long wait, I was hopeful that this would work with chess.com. Still after all the updates and waiting when I have a game as black the moves do not register. White works fine. App was deleted and reinstalled, firmware updated. iPhone updated to most recent update.
We are looking into this issue - seems to be only affecting a few people, but for those it affects black never works.
It is a top priority for us to fix and working on it now.
Hi crepscher - we would really like to resolve this and we are not able to reproduce with our office phones.
Would you be willing to get on a zoom call with our tech team so we can investigate and figure out how to reproduce the problem?
We want this to work for everyone and if you can let us study the issue it will help us a lot.
Unfortunately my work schedule is super busy. I appreciate your efforts. Honestly at this point I am just going to give the board to my kids and maybe buy a new one down the road. Thanks for all of your help with trying to figure it out.
Black not working on chess.com is a major issue for me. If you were not able to get the zoom call with the last user, I’m willing to do it. It’s a great board and this is my one main gripe.
It should work now and if not working we absolutely want to get on a call if you are still having the issue.

Thanks. I tested it and it still hangs up when playing bots and it’s my move when playing with black. It only happens on Chess.com with the iOS app. It works fine with Lichess.
Did you get the email from us? We sent it to the gmail you use for this form - sent on Sunday?
Or happy to work out a time to troubleshoot here if not.
Mine works well on Lichess but not at all when connecting to Chess.com . I have to continue with the browser on my iPhone.
Any suggestions as to why ?
