Just got my board 10 minutes ago here in Norway, and managed to loose to the Chessup bot already😊 Just a fast test before I take the dog for a walk. I’m happy to say that every piece registered and I didn’t have any problems…except for loosing. So far I’m very impressed👍

Air freight packing Dec 18th (projected), Ocean packing Dec 20~21.

Fedex is a 2~3 day delivery, so the air freight very likely makes xmas and the ocean freight might/might be day after.

Adding people to air freight batch (we have a few spares there) that request it.

There were two air freight batches (air freight one already fully consumed). Air freight two is sitting at a Europe airport right now waiting to clear customs and get trucked to our warehouse.

Hiya,

I tried to email in regarding the air freight however I haven’t received a reply yet.
If I could get added on the list to hopefully make shipping before the holiday it would surely make my son Christmas.

So several steps to go:

  1. Unload
  2. Clear Customs
  3. Schedule pickup (we hired a driver to wait, might save 1 day)
  4. De-van at the warehouse
  5. Pick, pack, label at the warehouse
  6. FedEx / PostNL deliver

We are going to turn 1-6 as fast as possible, but are at the mercy of others for 1-3. Takes a couple of days.

I did not receive any email confirmation since the November one regarding my order.
As I saw in this thread that delivery in Europe have started, would there be any update soon.

Europe shipments go out Monday or Tuesday.

The bulk inventory just cleared customs and still needs to truck to warehouse and that will happen Monday.

We did have a few hundred units of air freight stock but that is all gone now and anything without tracking is waiting for early next week.

After the inventory arrives, it is 2-5 days from order to delivery moving forward.

The Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and other pre-orders are all waiting on this ~3000 units to arrive (shipped by ocean, arriving in warehouse Monday)

Sorry for the wait and I wish the inventory was just 1 day earlier so it would ship before this weekend, but I can confirm it did not make it to the warehouse today.

Shipment of ocean batch from warehouse has started since I just received a notification from PostNL that the board will be delivered to my house (in Belgium) this Friday (27/12). I am too impatient to play with it. Hoping I will not get a bad piece.
