Update: Suddenly, everything went quickly. I received my board today, and everything seems to work perfectly.

Just want to let you know a positive experience: I decided to order the Chessup 2 on Sunday night, and already got it today, so within 48 hours. I live in the Netherlands, which helped, because I heard it is being sent from a warehouse in the Netherlands.
No faulty pieces and I could connect to chess.com and managed to play online matches without problems so far.
So very happy with the purchase so far! Looking forward to the new features. Happy New Year everyone!

Same as may others, I eventually got the board today, and it all seems fine, thanks! I’ll go through the website to find pointers, I have a couple glitches to report and I am unsure where to find a list of known bugs so I avoid duplicates.
Mine came today 
. All pieces are working! I already found a few glitches but so far so good.
The only thing which surprised me a bit was the Color of the white pieces. They looked pretty washed and have a few colorspots.

The white pieces are supposed to be a marbled plastic. Jeff talks about it in this post.

I know :). A few of them just looked more scratched than Marlowe. But it’s not a problem.
I am pretty pleased with the aesthetics of the pieces, especially the faux marbled white pieces. I have only ever played on wooden boards with wooden pieces and for that reason I nearly brought a different brand - the pieces look and feel good.

I received my board today in Spain. The tracking label was created on December 24th, but I didn’t receive any updates until a week later.
All my pieces are recognized correctly, including a promotion pack. So a positive comment here to reduce the survivorship bias of comments about bad pieces.
Furthermore, the gray bag is awesome with good fabric and the inner soft cushion.
Looking forward for the following updates, especially the OTB features like the clocks. Also I would love if the 2-player OTB games were saved on ChessDotCom to analyze them with their analysis tools instead of using the ChessUp app or exporting the PGN.

Just received mine a few hours ago, it’s really super cool, very happy with the product and piece quality, they’re well balanced and solid. All my pieces were well recognized, hopefully it’s also the case in the second board which is for a friend. Thanks a lot all the BrygthLabs team, very well done and super campaign overall
