Thank you jeff for keeping people updated here. Same for me #21251 from Germany. Got the delivery message past wednesday and the tracking stayed in “label created” since then. I’m sure it is crazy to work with deliveries in this week. It helps to see it is not just me hehe

I have the same issue with my order (#22618) to Germany.

No joke: I jumped out of the house this morning and almost hugged a FedEx courier, just to find out he had a shipment for my neighbor :joy:

Mine was due to be delivered on Friday but unexpectedly arrived today. Unfortunately I have a faulty piece (disappointing but hopefully will be resolved quickly). Until then it is board editor and puzzles for me- as long as they don’t require two black knights!

Hi again. So interesting update. My board arrived today, however I have checked and I never got confirmation from either the warehouse or from FedEx who delivered the parcel.

I have however run into an issue where the firmware update keeps failing, I have read elsewhere that you can force the firmware update through the app, however the update option on my app doesn’t exist.

Which app, iOS or Android?

Edit: I have borrowed an android phone, which ad that option, I have forced the update and now the option for the updates has appeared on my iPhone. Thank you for your incredibly quick response though.

If anyone comes in the future looking for the iOS option, it is here:

  1. Click on your profile circle (picture or initials on the upper right)
  2. Go to Board Updates
  3. Force firmware update

I did try that, but the only options I had was friends, then straight to general settings. The board updates was simply missing. Odd, but all is working now, no duff pieces. Satisfied customer thank you.

I just received both of my boards! Glad to tell you guys that I didn’t get any bad pieces in my personal board. Also no bad pieces in 1 of the 2 promotion packs I got. So I’m very happy :blush:
We will see if there are any in the other board/ promotion pack I got for a friend (fingers crossed).

As many other people said, the board is nice. I just played a quick game with my wife :grinning:
