Thank you so much for your responsiveness. Would it be safe to assume with diamond package, and then adding on extra pieces and a 2nd board that my order will be towards the end of the backer shipments?

I am not 100% sure on the order they are going - as some of the simplest orders (just a ChessUp 2) are still unfulfilled too.

I talked with the fulfillment center this morning and they said catching up with the backlog by end of week (Fri/Sat).

I have been following the shipping updates here and on the Kickstarter site. I see that all shipments in the United States should be shipped by the end of the week, but I have not been able to determine if this means Kickstarter orders or all orders to date. I did NOT order through the Kickstarter, but did order it on November 23rd. Should I expect my order to be shipped out by the end of the week? Thank you

Yes - all USA orders to date will be caught up by end of week.

Yes, I was a backer too. After the last update I was surprised to get it so soon. It’s going great and worth the wait.

I got my tracking number yesterday but it has been over 24 hours now and UPS still just shows label created. Should I be concerned or is the label just made a few days before it actually ships?

Mine took just about 24 hours for UPS to say they got the package after the label was created. So, I’d guess you’d have it by tonight or maybe early morning.

Took a day and a half for me, totally normal.

You get a notice when the label is purchased.

The warehouse still has to pack the item (within a couple of hours).

But the long delay is UPS has to scan the label.

Usually there are origin scans, but it December most couriers skip origin scans in order to speed up. The package will ping at first transfer.

The especially skip origin scans when picking up 1,000+ packages at once.

Thanks for the update Jeff. I’ve got my tracking email today for the diamond package with a promotion pack. I am so excited.
