Touchscreen not working

Hi,

I have a chessup2 board that is about a year old, it was used a couple times last year and then has sat until recently, it is still basically in new shape. I recently tried using it and the touchscreen is not responsive. I charged it up, can connect with the phone app, ran the firmware update from the phone app which says success but still no touch screen.

I would try a factory recent but cannot find anything on how to do that.

Please advise, I would like to get this working.

Wow - that is a first for us. Sorry for the dead touch screen. Reach out to our customer support info@bryghtlabs.com and we can get it in for repair.

We are also interested to troubleshoot it - this is our fist faulty touch screen (that I know of). Again - sorry it affected your unit.
