I have occasionally been able to connect to a bot match, but it has been somewhat infrequent. I’ll occasionally encounter a ‘server error to start game’ error attempting to connect to a Chess.com bot.

We have had this same issue. Difference is we’ve had the server error every time, not l just occasionally. And, as per my other post, we can’t play a chess.com match against anyone either. All round poor experience really. If support can’t help us quickly when they’re back online we’ll be sending back for a refund. Advertised as integrated with chess.com and it is terrible.
Normally the Chess.com integration works good. Just last couple of days there are some issues. Just wait for a little bit and it will be fine.
