Unable to load fen on android app

I’m unable to load FEN and start the game against AI using the android app. After inputing the fen, the board shows a bunch of purple lights in the center. Nothing like the video I saw on YouTube to load the game from fen.

Tried on latest firmware and android app.

What specific device are you using?
