New Chessup owner - very happy with it thus far - however I cannot seem to start a game with Online matchmaking. Either via Chessup or Lichess, the ‘Start Game’ button never lights up.
Im sure im doing something wrong - any suggestions?
It’s possible you need to select something in the menu first (like time format, etc)
If all of that is selected, then we may need to chat or get on a call to troubleshoot.
Just to confirm:
- Does your device have internet?
- Have you selected all the necessary game settings like time format and platform?
Or if you can share a screen shot we can try to resolve it from that.
