WiFi Board Issues

Hello!

This morning I used my ChessUp perfectly fine, but when I got on it this afternoon I failed to connect to WiFi, even though my WiFi was definitely on and my other devices are connected to it.

I’ve since tried deleting my WiFi from the ChessUp and signing again, but only to get a pop up that says connection error.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

You could resetting the board all together and then retry but the setback of this would be having the sign in on chess.com again.

@TommyDon - I am not aware of any specific update on our end with WiFi, so all should still be working normally.
