Promotion bug in lessons:
If a pawn promotes (e.g. Queen and pawn endgames), the square asks for a piece to be placed and removed from that square after every single move thereafter. Persists into other lessons, have to power cycle the board to fix. Pictures attached.

Update: While pawn promotion seemed reliably trigger this, I ran into this bug a couple other times in the intermediate tactics lessons, even without pawn promotion.

Hey Jeff,

since this release I have WiFi problems.

Symtons are:

  • The board does not indicate a WiFi connection.
  • The SSID is still listed in the board and is not hidden.
  • The WiFi is functional and in this case WPA2p with 2,4 Ghz only.
  • The signal is strong. (-57 dBm)
  • Also the DHCP behind is functional and serving IPs.

Resolution:

  • Delete the SSID
  • Add it again

How to reproduce:

  • In my case the board was switched off over night. After starting it this morning the problem reappeared.

Will you add clock selection for board editor with 2 players?

I cannot see how to setup a clock in board editor like in the 2 player mode.
