Does anyone have this issue when playing the bots? Every piece is stuck? Just purple glow when touching the pieces
Is this playing against the built in Ai? Did you perhaps undo a move or two?
If you can let us know the steps to get this to happen, we can certainly resolve the issue. Please let us know any more details.

It only happens against the built in bots. Never happens when playing two players or against chess.com bots. I didn’t undo any moves. It has happened several times. It always happens after a bot move. I can save my game and resume it but the built in bot takes another turn. So two turns in a row.
I have been going back and forth with customer service about it. Was just trying to see if it had happened to anyone else. I have reset the board, downloaded the update, calibrated and it still does it.

Can you let me know the steps on game setup (what level, eval on, etc) - and I will have our intern try to reproduce here in the office. If we can get it to reproduce, should be an easy fix.

This is what I was asked to do by customer support and I’ve done it all. Like I said it has only happened against the built in bots on the board. I believe the board was on level 5 but might have been on level 6.
Reset all setting
Updated the firmware
Checkers mode calibration
Lift the piece for 5 seconds to recalibrate the square
That is the standard troubleshooting stuff, but actually I was asking about the menu choices you made (like I can tell that evaluation is checked on because there is an evaluation bar on the screen).
If you remember any other game choices on/off, please share. Otherwise we will set it up with level 5 or 6 and eval on and test it.

I think what is happening is that the Ai opponent is castling, and the rook part of that move is still waiting to happen.
If you move the rook for the Ai, it should continue.

I will try it again but when it was frozen I touched every single piece ont the board and it got a purple light. As if it was in the correct place
The rook movement part of the opponent castling is not complete, so the game is waiting:
We are supposed to flash that move repeatedly until done, but it seems we are not doing that - which we will put in as a bug.
Regardless, if the king moves two squares for a castling, make sure to complete the rook move part of castling for the Ai. Then it will play normal.
