Hello, I have a problem, the board is now quite frequently shutting down during the games. It dosn´t react, I have to swich off and on, than it´s ready for a new game. The game I am playing I have to finish on phone ( chess.com as well as lichess ). Not depending on how it´s charged, I update regulary. It happens now quite often, I always have to have my phone at hand. Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone help?
It could either be a software crash or a battery issue (that would reset when a lot of LEDs go on). We have seen that one time before. Software team will be able to check the logs to resolve.
Please contact customer service ASAP and we will get it software fixed or repaired/replaced.
