Can’t start chess.com games from the board and the app

Hi,

I received the board 2 days ago and played two 15|10 games without any problem — it found opponents in seconds.

Now I’m not able to start games on chess.com directly from the board. It just keeps searching for an opponent indefinitely.

I also tried launching a game from the ChessUp app. It does find a game, but after 2 moves the match gets suspended for no reason. This happens every time.

Yesterday I installed the latest firmware version (4.1.5).

At this point, I have a very expensive board that I can’t use.

Any help would be appreciated.

We pushed a backend fix last night. Can you let us know if you are still experiencing the issue of indefinite opponent search?
