Cannot play games on chess.com through my chessup (1) board

I am having the same problems with playing games with my chessup board (not the 2) through chess.com. I cannot clear the cache of chessup APP because i am using iphone 15 and ios 26.2. Can you please advice to start play online again?

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused over the past couple of days.

We believe we have fixed the bug that was preventing you from playing Chess.com games on your ChessUp (1) board through the iOS mobile app. To ensure you receive the fix, please delete the ChessUp app from your iPhone and reinstall it from the App Store.

Once reinstalled, open the app and try playing Chess.com games again. This should resolve the issue.
