@Jeff
Hello Jeff, not sure if this behavior is only appending to me, but since a few weeks, all the ChessCom bot games played on the ChessUp 2 board, are always saved twice on the Chess.com website.
I would like to delete the duplicates, but it’s not possible to delete the played games on the Chess.com website, and this is too bad !!!
I know you are quite busy, could you look at this when you will have a chance ?
Many thanks ;o)
Sam
Same happen here on my board
The topic already exists.
Chess com Bot Game Saving - March 12 2025 Update
Same here. Played a game against the bot using only the Chessup2 board (not app). It was automatically saved twice on chess.com
Note that if you open the bot game on chess.com and hit the “trash can” icon it can be deleted from your game history
Hello CFossa,
Thanks for the feedback !
Can you reply with some print-screens, showing where the trash can is located? I cannot find it, and it’s mentioned on the ChessCom site that Chess games cannot be deleted.
Thanks again,
Sam
I looked into this because I didn’t know it.
If you review your (bot) game at the bottom there is a tracht can.
And you can delete the game out off your history. It’s in the webbrowser, inside the app I can’t find it.
If I look at my history on the browser there is 1 bot game left but in the app 2. Maybe it has to sync.
Hi Sam. See below. I think you need to do this from a web browser and not the app.
I was able to delete the bot games.

@CFossa , @Criptix
Hello Criptix and Carl,
Many thanks for the suggestion, I followed your and Carl’s suggestion and it worked…
As you both indicated ; The trash can is only available on my Windows 11 PC in the web browser. The trash can is not available in the Apps, on my Samsung (Android) phone and neither on my iPad.
Many thanks again !
Take care,
Sam
I believe this issue is now fixed - but yes you can delete any of the duplicates from the past.
