Just updated to Version 3.2.1 but still no game savings to chess.com. I played as black with bot but game hasn’t been saved. First game stuck on second move - I had to turn off ChessUp 2 and start game again which was finished but not saved.
I also submitted a ticket March 30 th but with no response regarding Games missing in the app. Bug ID:868d9tfx6

Checking on this now - we have some issues with all game play on the latest software (resolved now). But I am looking into bot play specifically to see if anything else is happening there.
What is the chess.com username so we can look further into it?
I still have the problem that bot games are not saved in the game list on Chess.com.

Hello, I’ve just played a game with a Chess.com bot on the board, and it’s still not recorded… I’m curious to know if anyone else is having their game recorded?
My bot games also save in my chess.com account.
Ok thank you Ricky Wend and Criptix, so there should be something wrong on my side (I’m on the lastest firmware version) but what ?
Maybe I will try to create another chess.com account ? Maybe there is something wrong in my games history that prevent chessUp2 to make the right API call to chess.com ?
It’s so frustrating not beeing able to see the analysis at the end of a long game …
From what I know it could be possible that you have to many bot games saved? I have read somewhere there is a limitation on that?
Do you use the app to play against bots? If so you need to hit the analyse button to store the game.
Maybe look at your settings on chess.com.
Just a few ideas.
Sending this to the programmers again to see why it would not be saving.
Hello @ricky7uio and @WendTech, did you play these games with the app or just with the board alone?
My bot games are only saved on chess.com if I play them with the app…?
I just started a bot game and resigned after 2 moves and I was able to see it in chess.com immediately.

Did you select the bot on the board or in the app?
I’ve been playing directly on the board. I haven’t used the app for playing chess.com bots. Just the board.
