Chessup support - review

Hey!

Most of the time people only give public feedback on experiences when it’s negative, so I just wanted to give some positive feedback.

A few weeks ago I had an issue with my board that needed replacing, and after posting on the forum I got a reply almost instantly from Jeff, which pointed me to contact support.

The experience with support was very positive, everyone was very swift and very polite to work with, and from me sending my board off (from a small island a few boats and planes away from the nearst hub I might add), the replacement took less than a week.

The new board works as expected out of the box, and I just wanted to say that all in all it was probably the best customer service experience I have had when dealing with a defective product!

Sorry for the defective product - but glad it is all sorted. Indeed our customer support team is the best in the business!
