Replacing a defective board

Just wanted to say thanks and share my experience with a board that stopped working. ChessUp responded right away to my email about my board not working any more. They emailed me a return label to send it in, so it could be fixed/replaced. The slowest part of this whole interaction was me. It took me longer to send the board in than it took them to receive the board and send me the replacement. I cannot say enough good things about this company and team. @Jeff You guys are killing it! Keep it up.
