Feedback on recent updates and chess.com connectivity issues

Hi Jeff & team.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for the remarkable work you have done in designing this electronic chessboard. It is a beautiful product, and I have spent many great moments playing with it.

Unfortunately, over the past few weeks, an update has introduced several connection issues with chess.com, as has already been mentioned in other posts on the forum. Despite the latest updates, the problems persist: inability to find a game, disconnections right at the start of matches, as well as other server-related connection issues.

I must admit that these past weeks have no longer allowed me to fully enjoy the pleasures offered by this chessboard, which is all the more frustrating given the quality and potential of the product you have launched.

I sincerely hope that you will be able to quickly resolve all of these malfunctions, so that we can once again enjoy playing on our favorite electronic chessboard.

You can still enjoy it on Lichess which imho is better then chess.com.

@_OA9 - what is your chess.com username? We will need to check the logs for your account to see why there is a game seek issue.

Please also look into the logs of username Kirbyce1 as the timer on the chessup2 board and chess.com are not the same causing me to lose games on time. Thanks!
