I’ve had multiple games where I’ve lost in a winning position due to my opponent’s timer running down on the chessup 2. When I look at the game on my computer, it doesn’t even register the move I made on the board, and its my timer that went down to zero instead. Other times I’ll make the first move and it won’t register, leading to an aborted game on the first move.
The only know reason for disconnections is to open the game in another device while in the game. That will abandon the game in the board immediately and automatically.
If this was not your case, maybe it’s something new or a network issue.
