I’ve just played a game as black against the Chessup 2 board bot and won with a checkmate (see attached image) but when I have downloaded the game analysis in the Chessup app it’s marked the game as a draw (half and half, and in the other screen it says ‘draw’) 
Could you please PM me your board serial number and email for your account and I’ll take a look?
Got the same behavior but a refresh put it back to normal, used to be a win then I wanted to edit the opponent name, then suddenly turned into a draw and refreshing the history page put it back as a win

Thanks, it says win now after I closed and reopened the app.
It says ‘win’ now after opening and closing the app, or seems that a refresh solves this problem. I can still send you the details if you want them but you will have to tell me where to find the serial number (under the board?)

You can find the serial in the settings in the About menu.
I had the same issue and while it now shows the game as a win/loss, when I download it on my phone the file name still contains DRAW instead of win/loss. Is it the same for you?
Thanks, I’ll check that tomorrow. This has just started happening, it always showed it correctly previously so maybe it’s just been some recent update.
