The board seems fine, can connect to wifi via onboard keypad. Just downloaded the app (iPhone pro max 15), I get authentication error immediately. Has anyone seen this and know how to resolve? I’m on the latest release of the app (3.0.9)

That may be a feature of the new app version because I am having the same issue on. Chessup 1 board.

There was a glitch with the iOS app publishing - waiting on apple support to resolve it. Should be fixed ASAP.

Update - it is a data base issue with the new game import, but is getting fixed ASAP.
