Update to 3.0 the last time I used the board, and played a game fine.
Today, when I tried to use my board, it said to use the app to log into chess.com.
I hit approve, it says transmitting, then success, but the board keeps saying I need to sign in
Edited to add: I reset my board settings and am still having the same issue
I resolved this by updating my phone app

Update the chessup app or chess.com app?

Usually this is the process to fix any stuck login
- Update app to latest
- Update board firmware to latest (if on WiFi - board let’s you know it needs new firmware)
Updating my chessup app resolved this for me. It was very frustrating and I lost the ensuing game in the opening. I blame the login failure
