After latest board update, the board can’t reconnect when the connection failed (allegedly). The board dropped a game and I have to continue on mobile.
WiFi is strong and the issue hasn’t happened while playing on mobile. Once board refused to continue, Chess.com did not recognize connection loss, the game continued on mobile, so the network shouldn’t be an issue in that case. It happened today twice.
I also spotted that reconnection time is just couple of seconds and message about failed reconnection appears.
It was during several hours just before the post here. Can’t recall exact games but it happened twice for the same day. First time I was thinking it’s just a glitch, after the second I decided to post here because I noticed that time between “disconnected”, “trying to reconnect” and “failed to reconnect” messages just a few seconds.

Is there any update? The situation appeared once again yesterday during the play. I was able to continue on my phone but the case brought quite a level of distraction.
