The board does not reconnect and drop the game

Greetings,

After latest board update, the board can’t reconnect when the connection failed (allegedly). The board dropped a game and I have to continue on mobile.

WiFi is strong and the issue hasn’t happened while playing on mobile. Once board refused to continue, Chess.com did not recognize connection loss, the game continued on mobile, so the network shouldn’t be an issue in that case. It happened today twice.

I also spotted that reconnection time is just couple of seconds and message about failed reconnection appears.

Sorry for the glitch - what is the chess.com username? Programming team will review the logs to figure out what happened.
