White bishop does not respond to touch, it must be lifted for lights, I swapped white bishops to show one responds to touch the other doesn’t I took video with iPhone but I can’t upload it, says not valid extension? Thanks Rob
Probably a bad bishop. Reach out to info@bryghtlabs.com, give them an explanation of the problem. They will help you out.
If you lift it for 2~3 seconds and then set back down, it will usually work. The pieces do vary a bit piece to piece in sensitivity.
We are going to rework the touch software for the pieces and will publish that in a couple of months.
I’ve tried that and tried with bunch of other things touching different piece lifting the bad one etc, no matter what that bishop will not respond to touch
