Touch Detection Glitch While Plugged in

Hey Jeff and Team,

I have noticed this the last couple days. If I am playing a game while the board while it is plugged in, the pieces detect that they are being touched when they aren’t. The squares under them light up purple and if it is that players turn, the possible move squares also light up. If I unplug the board then they stop, but it resumes a moment after it is plugged in again.

Is this a known issues?

I have a video of it if you haven’t seen this yet.

It is a noisy power supply.

Best solution is a better outlet (often in a home there is one outlet much worse than the others)- or a better charging brick.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to solve this. I wish there were - but we have to recommend to play on battery, or change charging solutions (outlet or brick)

Good to know, that is what I was thinking but I wanted to make sure to post about it in case others had it happened and mistook it for a board issue.

Thanks again Jeff!
