Finding a match on ChessUp sometimes creates incompatible matches

Occasionally, when trying to find a match (i usually only play 10min rapid on chess.com) it’ll say match in progress or some other message indicating that a match has started. Usually to fix this I simply go onto the chess..com app on my phone and abort the match and retry until it works. Is there a known fix for this? I ensure that my chess.com app on my phone is fully closed out before I find any matches using the board
