Often Can’t find chess.com games even after long wait

Lately, the board can’t find chess.com opponents even after 10 mins. The game we want to play is 30 mins. Any advice?

Have you tried other time controls? Also, what do you have set up for a rating range for challenges on chess.com?
I prefer 15 10 games and find that it takes longer to get a match at that time control than it does at blitz time controls. I’d suggest trying a faster time control just to convince yourself that the board is working correctly, and that it is just taking longer since you are playing a less used time contro.

Sorry you are experiencing this.
Could you please provide me with your chess.com username, and the last time window you had an abnormally long pairing time. This will help me look up what was happening to your pairing at that time.

Also, these have been the recommended time controls/format for fast pairing:
10min, 3min, 5min
