For the failed/slow game seek issue - we have rolled out several updates.
The issue looks resolved per our monitoring. If you continue to have any issues, please report them to us.
Note - if you are trying to launch uncommon time formats (5+2 for example) or you have an uncommon rating (2000, or 100) - then it can take a while to match make. We will work on some interfaces to keep you informed when you are simply waiting vs the seek failed.
If you have an account that is have recurring issues we would like to get on a call or chat and troubleshoot further. I’ll ask the software team to email you. There must be something specific in the account that we need to account for. Sorry for any issues on the game seeking
