I tried against the Wei bot and it also got stuck on the “Waiting Soon” screen for at least a minute before I exited.

Here’s a fix from the customer support team:
Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry that this is happening, let’s find a solution together! After you’ve logged out of Chess.com on the board, we ask for them to wait for the green pawn symbol to populate.
Once you have successfully logged into chess.com, go into the Chess.com menu on the board and wait 3-5 seconds. You will then see a green pawn populate near the WiFi symbol. Once the green pawn shows up, you may now begin a match.
I tried this and was able to successfully start matches against both Frosty and Wei within 10 seconds each.
UPDATE 2: Having issues again even when the green pawn shows up on the board display so the solution not working 100%
