Leds and recognition not working

Today I took my board out. Battery was empty and I needed to do an update.

After the update though, the leds and piece recognition do not work.

Anything I could do to see what is going on? Diagnostics mode or can I do a hard reset. Already reinstalled the firmware.

Try to fully charge the board. After that maybe a factory reset. If that doesn’t work contact costumer support info@bryghtlabs.com.

How can I do a factory reset?

Scrolls down to: Settings> Reset All.

Im faced with the exact same issue.

I got an RMA after contacting support.

I had the same problem but from the beginning.

As I got my board the first thing i did before I was doing anything was an fw update.

It’s the second time I read here that after an update the board is broken.

Because I never tested anything before I updated the board I can’t say if it has anything to do with that. But could be the new 5.01 cause these defects?

Since today in my case there is no LED lights at all, but if I move pieces, display shows move was made(if I play with ChessUp bots). (I also contacted support team, so now waiting for their reply)
