The piece recognition doesn't work, and no LEDs are turning on

I have installed the latest firmware several times and reset the board.

Is there another way to reset the board?

In the past when previous people have had this issue they usually have to get a new board if this happens, though I cannot say that this will be the case. @Jeff do you have a solution?

I looked in customer service logs to see if you were in contact with them - but could not connect this forum account to a customer service or order email.

I just want to make sure you were able to connect with our service team? This will require a replacement board. Sorry for the trouble.
