Where is the Crystal Ball?

Continuing the discussion from Chess.com game review:

I started another topic because the last one was going off topic. This maybe because of my lack of knowledge. It sure would be nice if there were mo tutorials for all the features or a manual. Anyway when should I see the crystal ball? I open the game from my history, make a couple of moves and I hit the box labled “You”. I then select play from here. The “You” box changes from “No Assistance“ to Assist six (can I change this?) Should I see the crystal ball now? Also when I exit the game on my ipad the board does not reset and is stuck with the last game.

The cut off display is exactly how it appears on my ipad.

We do have a lot of material here:

The section on crystal ball is here:

Thanks Jeff, I will review the chessup1 knowlegebase. I did review the Crystal Ball Feature and it is there when I start a new AI game on the app. Haven’t figured out how to use it yet. But this thread started out in game analysis. Grabbe pointed out I should see the crystal ball during game review. I attached a screen shot of my game review above. I must be doing something wrong.

Are you on iOS or Android?

It should be there on game review, but sometimes there are minor differences in implementation per platform.

IOS on ipad and iphone. Testing both.

Hi @cmu3rd ,

There is a crystal ball like feature in Game Analysis. Game review lets you walk through a game, but Game Analysis allows a more detailed look at your game. Below is the article explaining how to analyze a game. The exclamation point is the button to use for the crystal ball like feature.

Thank you Justin; “The exclamation point is the button to use for the crystal ball like feature.” There really needs to be some chessup 2 documentation.

Here is the ChessUp 2 documentation. It continually gets updated as we release new features.
