We have had a ChessUp 2 board for just under a month now. Today we are finding that the board lights are now longer working. It detects the pieces as I can see them on the screen when doing a board edit. There are no lights when turning it on, setting up pieces, in a game. Never any lights - ever. We hadn’t used it for a couple of days and had been put away in it’s box, so not been damaged.
We have reset all, charged it fully and installed the latest firmware, which it has had since release.
