I have the same problem. In the last week I played about 8 games with internal AI but none of the games are visible in the app despite the bluetooth connection and the message about importing games. They are not visible. They were games against AI with a strength of 12 and I was using maximum assistance.

Hi @Jeff and @grabbe
For over two months, my games played with the internal AI have not been saved in the app. I finish the game, connect via Bluetooth. Then the app shows a message that there are 33 new games to import. After importing, the app shows that 5 games have been successfully imported, but no new game since March 13 (game number 225) has been imported. After refreshing, there are no newly imported games. Still 225 since March 13, 2025. Screenshots.
I have already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but to no avail.
I created a ticket Bug ID:868d9tfx6 on March 30, but there is no response to it.
Please tell me what else can be done? Playing with the internal AI is great and of course I would like to be able to analyze these games, but they are not saved.
Thanks in advance!
I have the Android app and I don’t see anything in “Activity”. (I’m logged in). I don’t see the game import message and when I finally manage to import one game when I try to analyze it the app analyzes a random game and then I can’t find my game again. Anyone else have this problem?
iOS and Android have a few differences with game import. In Android you can just navigate to History. The first time you navigate there after starting the app, it will attempt to pull any games from the board. If you wait 20s or so and don’t see the games show up, you can try pulling from the top to refresh the page. Any games that were imported should show at that point. If you should have games that are saved to the board and they aren’t importing, try swiping the app out of history and opening it again.
Is there any information on this?
Yesterday I updated the ChessUp app to the latest version 3.0.5, on iOS. but after playing a game with the internal bot 1500 playing with the maximum level master hints the game was not imported. There was the same message again, only this time there are 36 games to import, then 5 were imported correctly, and after refreshing none of these games are displayed for analysis. Still the last game no. 225 from March and since then there have been many played.
I am also experiencing issues with import, I have 18 games to import, the ChessUp app reports that the games are being imported, but they never show up in the History tab after being imported.
Long term we are switching it so the board directly uploads to the cloud (without the app in the middle) - but for a while we will still be using the apps.
Just a piece of advice, in my experience it helps to wait a little bit before trying to import them, did you try this. Hope it helps you to enjoy your saved games more!
Programmers are working on the game syncing currently. Big improvements in the works.
The current system is carried over from ChessUp 1 that did not have WiFi. We will be syncing games almost instantly to the cloud with a newer flow on ChessUp 2.
