I recently received my board, but itā€™s incredibly challenging to find any game on chess.com. I tried various time controls like 5+5 and 15+10, but the board couldnā€™t connect me to any opponent.

In contrast, the game would start instantly if I used the ChessUp app directly. Iā€™ve noticed that many users are experiencing similar issues. This is quite frustrating, and I want to know if thereā€™s any progress on resolving this matter from your end.

Yes we are on it and pushing out some changes today and tomorrow.

We will continue monitoring it after the updates and make sure all is resolved.
